Introduction

SQLSense helps you find potentially sensitive data in your databases and see which users can access it. Use it for data protection and compliance reviews across registered instances.

To reach the SQLSense section, select the SQLSense icon on the landing page:

Classification

Classification is the main SQLSense area. Open it from the Classification sidebar:

Classification offers the following options:

• Verify Data Classification - review columns flagged as potentially sensitive and confirm sensitivity types.
• Instance Database Rank Report - see how much sensitive data each instance or database contains.
• User Rank Report - see which users have the most access to sensitive data.
